I discovered that I was being asked to serve humanity (and the divine) in a whole new way.
Last October at a psychic development workshop, three people in spirit connected with me to pass along very specific information (evidence) to my practice partner. WHAT?
No one was more surprised than me.

Since then, I have put all my other endeavors on pause and been studying the very healing practice of EVIDENTIAL MEDIUMSHIP (serving as a conduit who brings evidence and messages from people’s loved ones in spirit to provide peace and healing). Although I have learned a heck of a lot in less than a year, I am not quite ready to open my doors for business.

In order to move to the next level of serving spirit and humanity, I need PRACTICE!!! and HUMANS (sitters) who are willing to give me a chance to connect with their loved ones in spirit.

Who am I and What Do I know?
Hello Beautiful Soul, I’m Elizabeth Burnworth, aka, Liz Worth, Aunt Lizzie, and Bad Girl Betsy (lol, that’s a good story).
I'm so glad you're here! I came to the planet to help humans transform fears and frustrations into JOY, BALANCE and FREEDOM through communication, connection and self-mastery so that you can ENJOY BEING IN YOUR BODY while you’re VISITING the PLANET.
I know what it's like to feel anxious, stuck in crappy patterns and overwhelmed. My passion for problem solving has led me on a journey to turn FEAR into FREEDOM and JACKED UP JUJU into JOY.
My unique transformational coaching programs are a custom blend of my background as certified speech-language pathologist (CCC-SLP) primarily working with neurodiverse individuals and also deaf and hard of hearing individuals, yoga teacher (RYT-200), rapid transformational therapy practitioner (RTT), reiki practitioner (healing touch that helps to balance your nervous system and reconnect with yourself), as well as a practitioner of mindfulness, a curated blend of helpful metaphysics, breathwork, intuitive and mediumship studies and intuitive art and creative movement.
I celebrate over 25 years experience in the human services and healing field.
In addition to my passion for helping people overcome communication obstacles, for many years I was a spiritual seeking firecracker.
I went down every rabbit hole, buying every crystal and oracle card deck, taking every magical healing and transformation class under my Sagitarius sun! Because I am a SUPER NERD (maven) and LOVE learning, all of this was FUN but somehow I still felt disconnected.
I am SO very grateful for all of these adventures, because they have brought me here with a CURATED set of skills that I will custom blend for you!
A few years back, I realized that despite all of my skills and knowlege, I just kept repeating the same patterns and chasing my tail in many areas of my life, and quite frankly, making my life MORE COMPLICATED.
WHY? Because my SUBCONSCIOUS MIND was derailing me. This was when I added hypnotherapy and subconscious work to my repertoire of skills!
My custom blended sessions, coaching experieces, and group adventures have evolved from years of working with individuals with special needs and their families, mentoring children and teens, teaching and inspiring through the healing arts.
Additionally, I have successfully transformed the lives of snorers, tooth grinders, and mouth breathers and individuals with pseudodysphagia (fear of choking/fear of swallowing) though a simple mind body healing solution.
Although I hold many lovely certificates and posess many tangible skills, my greatest gifts lie in my deep love of humanity, my intuitive abilities to meet people where they are, my humor and playfulness and my desire to “lift people up to the better angels of their being.” (Marianne Williamson).
