The term REIKI comes from two Japanese words: “rei,” which means universal, and “ki,” which loosely translates to a flow of a lifeforce of energy that exists in all living things.

In a customized reiki session I use gentle touch – or places their hands just above your body, depending on the clients comfort level and needs – to help guide this energy in a way that leads to calming of the nervous system and promotes balance and healing.

Most sessions wiil include other healing and coaching modalities and deemed appropriate and supportive.

Rapid Transformational Hypnotherapy Package

(RTT)Rapid Transformational Therapy is a hybrid therapy combining the most beneficial principles of Hypnotherapy, CBT, Psychotherapy, NLP & Regression Therapy.

Hypnosis is a state in which a client reach a trance-like state of focus, concentration, diminished peripheral awareness, and heightened suggestibility. The state is more like being absorbed in a book, you are always in control. Under hypnosisis, a client can access the subconscious mind to to discover and utilize inner resources that can help to understand, upgrade and rewire old “software patterns” to achieve desired changes. Following the RTT session, I will make a recording that the client will listen to for 21 days to support the rewiring process.

An RTT Package Includes:

3 sessions and an invaluable custom transformational recording and support email support in between sessions to suppport the client’s progress.
